When will my billing resume?
As a gesture of appreciation towards our amazing and loyal community, we have reduced all member’s dues to $79.00 during the shelter-in-place orders. As soon as we were told that we were unable to host in person workouts, we introduced to you
P2P Live. Thank you for allowing us into your homes.
Now that we are moving to a fully functional P2P Transformation Center OUTDOORS on September 15th, 2020, billing will resume as normal October 1st, 2020.
What amenities are available outside?
We are SUPER excited to introduce P2P Outdoors' NEW outdoor experience, say hello to our “socially distanced” PLAYGROUND!!
In order to be able to welcome our members back comfortably while remaining in compliance with state mandates, we have created a one of a kind P2P Outdoors experience that takes us back to “The Yard” at our original Concord location! We took everything you love about P2P inside and brought it outside! We can’t wait for you to experience our new and improved P2P Outdoors with all of the amenities people know and love.

Can I get credit for my paid-in-full membership that I did not get to use since P2P clubs were closed?
Yes, we manually extended your membership automatically.
I’m not ready to come back yet, what can be done for me?
P2P Live will still be available for anyone. Full virtual only memberships are available and you may downgraded to virtual online only. Simply complete this form Click Here
no later than September 25th, 2020 to
ensure your billing does not resume.
What if I am not ready to come back and I am unable to utilize P2P Live at this time?
We completely understand and respect everyone’s personal decision. Members can freeze their accounts by calling our billing partners at ABC Financial at 855-479-3287 option 3 for billing They are open Monday - Friday from 6am - 7pm PST.

What safety standards are you implementing outside?
All Team Members will be wearing masks outside and will maintain at least 6 feet of distance apart from our members. We have implemented sanitization measures including disinfecting and sanitizing high touch surfaces throughout the day. We have
gone above and beyond and have added Electrostatic sprayer technology to our routine to spray the equipment on a regular basis. Members will be asked to wipe all equipment after they are done and our Team will continue to sanitize all equipment

Do I have to wear a mask?
Masks are NOT required when exercising outdoors. Masks ARE required in all common areas. This includes while checking in at the start of your session, when passing another member and when you are unable to be at least 6-feet apart. This is non-negotiable because your health and safety and the health and safety of those around you is very serious.
Will I have to pre-book my session?
Yes! We ask that you pre-book for your sessions on the P2P App. This not only allows our coaches to prepare for the best experience but also ensures your space is reserved.
