First Timers

WHAT TO BRING

You want to always bring water or a water bottle with you. A water station is available at every club to fill up your water bottles. Other optional items are sweat rags & yoga mats.

CHECKING IN

Upon arrival stop by our lovely sparkly red Welcome Desk. Here you can scan your P2P key card or provide identification information to check in.

YOUR BELONGINGS

Cubbies and/or lockers are available at each club to store your personal belongings.

ARRIVAL

If you have arrived early, we ask that you wait in the lobby until the start of the next session. You can begin stretching and loosening up until the Coach calls your session out to the main floor.

BIKES & CARDIO EQUIPMENT

These equipment items can be used prior to or after a session however the Coach will notify you if the bikes or cardio equipment is not available and in use for the current session.

WARM-UPs

Every session begins with a warm-up. This is important to prevent injuries.

STRETCHING

Every session ends with guided stretching targeting the muscles used throughout that workout.
